Has actress Kristen Stewart chosen the wolf over the vampire? The "Twilight" star plans to attend the Oscars with her co-star Taylor Lautner (right), who plays a werewolf in the film series, People magazine reports. The news should intrigue fans of the fictional love triangle between Stewart's character, Bella, and Lautner's werewolf and Robert Pattinson's vampire. Stewart has been romantically linked to Pattinson in the past.

Superstar diva Whitney Houston flopped during the opening night of her first Australian tour since 1988.
Houston got through two songs "before appearing breathless and exhausted," according to Yahoo News. Concert goers walked out of the performance, the report said.
Her promoter, Andrew McManus, defended Houston, saying she has been through tough times but remains an amazing talent. "As for some of the negative 'vocal minority' ... all I can say is, what happened to the Australian positive support of someone who has seen difficult times, and is now up on stage, warts and all, presenting herself like an open book for the world to see?" he said.
