'Celebrity Apprentice' debuts new season
"THE CELEBRITY APPRENTICE"
While we wait one more week for the arrival of C- and D-Listers to "Dancing With the Stars," please enjoy the new roster of "celebs" who have decided to sit at Donald Trump's boardroom table. The cast includes a mix of entertainers and athletes such as Darryl Strawberry, Bret Michaels, Rod Blagojevich, Sinbad, Cyndi Lauper and Sharon Osbourne. This season, the celebs will be competing men vs. women. Of course, these celebrities aren't in it for the ego inflation. They're raising money for charity. Still, I sometimes long for "The Apprentice" from seasons past, which had "real people." 9 p.m. NBC
"THE PACIFIC"
Tom Hanks, Steven Spielberg and the team that brought us "Band of Brothers" is launching an ambitious miniseries that tells the story of American Marines in the Pacific during World War II. The plot follows the true stories of three Marines, whose lives cross paths from their first battle to their return home. The 10-part series will air every Sunday through mid-May. 9 p.m. HBO

"Minute to Win It": Guy Fieri, who won "The Next Food Network Star," hosts a non-food-related game show. Competitors have to do challenges with household items in a minute to win up to $1 million. 7 p.m. NBC
